Fleet Fitment & Upfitting
Turn stock vehicles into working ones — and make every unit in the fleet identical.
Fleet Fitment & Upfitting
A stock truck is a starting point, not a work vehicle. Fleet fitment is the process of making each unit carry what your crew actually needs, securely and the same way every time. That means service bodies, flatbeds, ladder and conduit racks, drawer systems, lighting, inverters, safety equipment, and secure storage — engineered to your GVWR so the truck is not overloaded.
The fleet difference is standardization. One unit built to spec is a project; twenty units built to the same spec is a fleet. Standardization means one set of parts, faster service, drivers who learn one layout, and a fleet that looks and works like one company.
What this covers

- Flatbeds, stake beds, and dump inserts
- Ladder, pipe, and conduit racks
- Drawer systems and secure tool storage
- LED work lighting, beacon and strobe packages

- Safety equipment: fire extinguishers, cones, first aid, spill kits
- Shelving, bins, and load-securing systems
- Telematics and camera mounting

Fleet Fitment & Upfitting questions
Can you match units we already have?
Yes. Send us photos or bring a unit in and we will build new ones to match, or improve on the layout where it makes sense.
How do you keep us from overloading the trucks?
We do the payload math first. Your GVWR minus curb weight minus crew and fuel is the real cargo budget, and we spec the body to fit inside it.
Do you build for one truck or a whole fleet?
Both. A single work truck gets the same engineering attention as a twenty-unit fleet build.
How long does a fleet build take?
It depends on the spec and the unit count. We give you a schedule up front and stage the work so you keep operating.
Tell us about your fleet
Send us your vehicle list, or just the classes and counts, and we will build the program around your operation.
